Born in Lyon and trained under three Michelin-starred chefs, Laurent brings two decades of culinary mastery to every plate. After years leading kitchens in Paris, Tokyo, and Copenhagen, he opened La Maison with a singular vision: to create food that honours tradition while embracing the new.
